Hours of Work: Full time / Part time – 7am-1pm, 8am – 2pm, 4pm – 10pm

Location: Allerton, Mossley Hill, Garston, Aigburth, Toxteth, Dingle, Town, Fairfield, Kensington, Anfield, Everton, Vauxhall, Kirkdale, Walton, Wavertree, Speke, Woolton, Hunts Cross and surrounding areas.

Job Purpose: We are looking for reliable, hard-working people to cover a block in one location following sickness, incident and emergencies. Providing care and support to older people within their own homes, you will travel around visiting our service users to assist with daily tasks, from light domestic duties to full personal care. A typical day can include you visiting a number of regular service users within the area, assisting with meal preparation, medication administration, laundry, light domestic duties, bathing, dressing and continence requirements. As a Care Assistant you will need a good sense of humour and a great deal of common sense. The successful applicant will demonstrate their communication skills and ability to work in partnership with the service users.

Essential Qualifications: GCSE (Health & Social NVQ preferred)
