Job Purpose: Local Solutions requires an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to conduct; quality audits, reviews and assessments. You will be completing observations/assessments on employees to ensure that they have the skills to deliver a high quality of service. You will contribute to the development of systems, policies and procedures that promote on-going improvements and compliance to our services.
Essential Qualifications: We are looking for someone with an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent or working towards) who has experience in developing Person-Centred Care Plans. Previous experience in Health and Social Care is essential, along with a caring and professional attitude and the ability to work in a busy environment. We require a team player who is organised and able to work well under pressure.
