Location: Homecare Liverpool – 286-316 Scotland Road Liverpool L5 5AE

Job Purpose:

• Ensuring that electronic records relating to care delivery and visit times are recorded accurately for the purpose of invoicing, payroll and quality monitoring.
• Providing support and advice to care delivery staff to maximise functionality of electronic care monitoring and care management systems – signposting to IT support if required.
• Completing audits of the utilisation of care monitoring systems by care delivery staff.
• Providing reports to Care Coordinators and Homecare Managers with the aim of identifying areas of non-compliance.
• Supporting Homecare office teams to provide timely and effective responses to incoming queries regarding service delivery.
