Salary: £19,000 per annum
Hours of Work: 40 Per week inclusive of lunch, to be worked flexibly, including occasional weekend cover.

Job Purpose: To undertake the role of Review Officer, taking responsibility for ensuring that Person Centred Care is provided to a high standard through good, comprehensive assessment practice which places the customer’s needs, wishes and goals are at the forefront of the care provided by HCL. The Post holder will play a key role in ensuring that compliance is maintained across all service, working in partnership with other teams within the HCL team of staff and customers, ensuring that a safe and reliable service is delivered on behalf of HCL which promotes best practice. Experienced in quality provision of care the Review Officer will provide leadership to the care team to ensure high standards and quality is embedded into practice, which instils a culture of respect and compassion for our customers.
Essential Qualifications: Minimum of a Level 3 or above in health & social care
