Job Purpose: To undertake the role of Compliance Officer, to support the Compliance Manager to ensure that all HCL service’s deliver high standards of quality provision, which comply with all key performance indicators pertaining to both commissioned contracts and current CQC Regulatory requirements, to ensure compliance practice safeguards, customers, staff and HCL as a business.
Essential Qualifications: Minimum of a Level 3 Diploma Health & Social Care or above
