Next week sees the launch of the Department for Health & Social Care national campaign to recruit the next generation social care workforce. The Every Day Is Different campaign is aimed to attract people into social care and focuses on values rather than experience as an entrant qualification into care. A website has been establish specifically for the campaign which promotes a positive image of social care including a number of case studies by young care workers and a local job search link. Liverpool Home Care Providers recognise the value of such campaigns to local providers to support recruitment and new entrants into social care. As such we support the campaign and wish it every success.
